Created Spring 2015
As an assignment during the Spring semester of my Sophomore year, we were assigned the task of creating a narrative poster by using typography. For this project, I documented my commute into Boston while taking the D line from Woodland Station to Park Street. I then created a cropped view of the current MBTA map, and replaced the train stations I traveled through with my notes of what happened during that part of my commute. I wanted my poster to appear similar to that of the MBTA map so someone quickly glancing at it would not see the changes, but someone who actually stopped and took in the information would notice that it wasn't the true MBTA map.
